Australian Labradoodles are known for their sociable attitude, their affection and intelligence. They are loyal, intuitive, and easy to train. ALs make great family pets, but are also wonderful therapy/guide dogs.
They can be trained for seizure alert, diabetic alert, service, and therapy work. They are moderately active, and may enjoy swimming, hiking, playing fetch or just a leisurely stroll. They also enjoy games providing mental stimulation.
Their coat is almost non-shedding and allergy-friendly. There are 3 main coat types; wool, curly fleece and straighter/wavy fleece.
